Dragonfly Moscato, produced by Hatten Wines, uses frozen grapes from Australia brought and vinified in Bali, Indonesia. The Muscat Blanc grapes come from plantations in the Riverland region of South Australia.
Dragonfly Moscato is a light-bodied, sweet with that is a, pale lemon colour. Aromas of pineapple, melon and dried peach are present with sweet apples, pear and citrus on the palate.
Dragonfly Moscato pairs best with white fish, vegetables, and salty dishes. Serve chilled for best taste.
