Choosing high-quality ingredients sourced in Bali, Sababay creates an array of spirits promoting Indonesian craftsmanship to the world.

Sababay Ludisia is a medium-bodied sweet red wine with a dark crimson hue. Shiraz and Alphonse Lavallee grapes make this sweet red wine. Aromas of apricot, chocolate and cinnamon are present. On the palate, hints of chocolate, plum and cherry are present with subtle oak notes; a warm, luscious finish follows. Sababay Ludisia tastes best slightly chilled or at room temperature.
