Sagatiba Velha (pronounced ‘vel-ya’) is for those who like a smooth, full-bodied spirit with character. Originally from Brazil, it is handcrafted in small batches using the traditional copper pot distillation and then laid to rest for at least two years in American white oak casks giving this liquor a butternut and plantain flavour as well as its golden colour.
