What areas does The Boogaloo deliver to?

Canggu, Kerobokan, Seminyak, Kuta, Jimbaran, Pecatu, Nusa Dua, Denpasar, Sanur, Gianyar and Ketewel. If you would like to place an order for a location outside of these areas please send us an email and we will try our best to accommodate you.

How do I pay for my order?

Cash upon arrival
Bank transfer
Credit or debit card using a card machine upon arrival (Bali only)

How do I order?

  1. Website: You can visit The Boogaloo website. Select your favorite beer, wine, spirits, and mixers, then add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and input your delivery information. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a Boogaloo driver will then contact you, and your spirits will be delivered straight to your doorstep!
  2. Whatsapp: Contact us through Whatsapp at +62 812-3760-2680 and share your order and location.

What are The Boogaloo delivery hours?

The Boogaloo alcohol delivery runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week 364 days a year excluding Nyepi, Bali’s day of silence.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is free of charge when you order through our website or by Whatsapp.

Do I need to be 21 to order alcohol from The Boogaloo?

Yes, the legal drinking age in Bali is 21 years and consumers must be of legal drinking age to accept an order.

How long do deliveries usually take?

Deliveries typically take between 30-60 minutes.

Can I send a gift?

We love celebrating and we’re happy to help you send a gift with a personalised note. If you would like to gift a bottle, let us know in the notes section at checkout.

The bottle I want is not on your website, what can I do?

If you are looking for an item that we don’t stock, let us know through email at info@theboogaloobali.com and we will check the item availability for you.

How can I cancel or reschedule my order?

Alcohol delivery orders are on demand and are sent out immediately. If you made a mistake on your order, want to cancel the order or would like to change the delivery time. Please let our driver know when he confirms with you via telephone or send us an email as soon as possible.

Bar Catering & Bartender Hire FAQs

 

Do you provide bartenders and servers for events?

Yes we do, if you need a professional bartender to mix drinks at your next event or servers to man the floor we can supply them. We recommend one bartender and one server for every 15-20 guests.

How much does it cost to hire a bartender and server?

Bartenders are IDR 200,000 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours service and servers are IDR 150,000 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours service.

Do you have fire-breathing bartenders?

Flair bartenders are a great way to entertain guests and we can organize one for your next event! Let us know if you would like to book a flair bartender for an upcoming event.

What equipment does the bartender bring with him/her?

Bartenders come with the essential tools needed to make drinks. The bartender service does not include alcohol, cocktail ingredients, ice boxes, a portable bar or glassware. Bar equipment is available for rent if needed.

Can you make a signature drink for our event?

We have a team of bartenders and mixologists who can create a signature drink or replicate your favorite drinks for your event. Schedule a drink tasting with us ahead of time if you’d like to try them out.

Can we supply our own alcohol with the bar services?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol or you can order through The Boogaloo delivery service, we do not charge corkage fees for bottles you provide.

Do you have non-alcoholic bar catering packages?

Yes, we do. The Boogaloo can provide non-alcoholic packages, send us an email with your event details and we will send you a list of our all-inclusive bar packages or we can create a custom package based on your needs.

What if we run out of alcohol during an event?

If you didn’t order or bring enough alcohol and the bar runs dry, we have a 24/7 alcohol delivery service you can use to order more booze.

What time will bar staff arrive to set up?

Depending on the event size, bartenders will show up about 45 minutes – 2 hour in advance to start preparations.

We are not getting married for another year, will you be able to hold the date and will the prices be the same?

We hold dates up to one and a half years in advance once a 50% deposit is placed. The quoted price is guaranteed once a deposit is placed regardless of how far in advance you book. Prices will only change if requirements change.

What will bar staff wear?

Our standard uniforms are black pants and a black-collared shirts for bartenders and black pants with a white collared shirt for servers. If you have a special request, let us know and we will try to make it work.
