Domaine De Bila – Haut Roussillon Blanc is a well-balanced white wine that combines the best of different grape varieties and soils. This wine is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, and Macabeu grapes, which provide a unique taste and aroma profile.

The grapes used in this wine are hand-harvested, ensuring that only the best fruit is selected. The grapes come from two different types of soil, limestone and clay in the Agly Valley, and granite soils at higher altitude (500m). This mix of soils gives the wine a complexity that is both refreshing and mineral.

After pressing, the must is cold-settled and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This process allows for the wine to maintain its freshness and enhances its minerality.

The Domaine De Bila – Haut Roussillon Blanc has a pale yellow color with green tints. On the nose, the wine exhibits citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit, with smoky notes. On the palate, the wine has a fresh and very aromatic attack, with a round palate and great acidity. The acidity comes from the later ripening sites at higher altitude. The finish is full of freshness mixed with salty notes that express the minerality of the wine.
